Freelance Odoo ERP Business Analyst

To support our first projects within Odoo, we are now looking for one or more true Odoo Business Analysts. We are seeking driven individuals who are capable of analyzing, optimizing, and functionally implementing Odoo solutions. This role allows you to work in a hybrid manner; you will visit clients, work in our shared office, but definitely also work from home.

• You have experience in logistics & production or bring experience from another sector.
• You're used to setting up or improving an ERP environment.
• You're commercially oriented and spot new opportunities.
• You're not afraid to get off your office chair to investigate something on the floor.
• You're self-directed and can organize your own or your team's work.

Your skills

• You already have experience with Odoo or another ERP solution.
• You know your way around MS Office with an emphasis on Excel.
• You can design processes both on paper and functionally.
• You can document, write specifications, and create training sessions.
• You have good communication skills, can make complex items tangible, and therefore know how to explain how a way of working changes.
• You can express yourself in Dutch and English.

Bonus points (no must haves)

• You're Odoo-certified.
• You have experience in Project Management.
• You can express yourself in French or another language besides Dutch and English.
